Technology has been a big part of our society. I have always struggled with distancing myself from my phone. Always answering every snap or endlessly scrolling on TikTok. This summer, I have tried to distance myself from my phone. This involves being less present on Snapchat and other social media platforms. Not responding to every text immediately. Trying to also reduce screen time during my waking up and sleeping hours. Eunoia wants to inspire and encourage you to do the same.
